That's why our team of experts has put together this list of the top online lottery sites – where you can sign up, buy Powerball tickets, and even play other exciting online lotteries.
The Lotter runs a few bundles right now that allow you to buy multiple Powerball tickets at a reduced price and is our preferred website when it comes to playing the lottery online.
Find out more about it below – and let the countdown begin.

1. The Lotter – Best Site to Buy Powerball Tickets OnlinePros:
Cons:
Powerball is one of the biggest names in the lottery industry — and it's no surprise, having been around since 1992.
Played in 45 states, Powerball has one of the most impressive levels of participation in all lottery games, and we only expect it to grow as more and more players embrace online lottery ticket purchases.
Lottery Options – 5/5
When it comes to buying Powerball tickets, we recommend using The Lotter. It's one of the most robust lottery sales websites and makes purchasing tickets from home fast, secure, and simple.
The Powerball ticket prices are influenced heavily by where you're buying from. For example, purchases made from Texas can be bought one line at a time and have a $0.60 convenience fee applied.
Some of the non-Texas states will have a 150% markup applied (making each ticket jump from $2 to $5) and must be bought in three-line batches — so you can expect to spend $15 to start with.
You'll save quite a bit of money in the long run if you do a multi-draw subscription. This lets you use the same numbers for multiple drawings in a row and can knock up to 25% off the overall price, depending on how many drawings you spring for.
The Lotter doesn't skimp on its features either, offering the Power Play feature for only $2.50 more per line, giving you a chance to multiply non-jackpot prizes up to 10x.
And if you'd like to increase your odds even further, you can jump in on a lottery pool or syndicate. Buying a share in a syndicate or pool makes it so that you're buying tickets with several other players, giving you a higher chance of winning.
Banking – 4.8/5
You can load up your account at the Lotter with standard options like Visa and Mastercard, as well as Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Sofort, EPS, Bancontact, and Rapid Transfer.
There is no direct way to use crypto to buy your Powerball tickets, but Neteller can work as an intermediary for that.
Customer Service – 4.8/5
We were thrilled with the support team at The Lotter. They made acquiring our tickets a breeze, though as the Powerball grand prize starts to creep up into the hundreds of millions, the support team is generally a little slower to respond. Understandably.
Mobile Compatibility – 5/5
The Lotter makes buying your lottery tickets on your mobile device a breeze. Not only will you be able to navigate their impressive mobile website (which runs beautifully on both iOS and Android devices), but they also offer you downloadable mobile apps.
No matter which way you prefer to play, you'll get one of the most streamlined lottery experiences out there.
Overall – 4.9/5
The Lotter does one thing, and it does it well — it sells lottery tickets.
Not only will you find a wealth of options for buying your Powerball lottery tickets, but you'll have access to a wide range of lotteries from around the world, though which ones you can access may depend heavily on your current location.
Should you buy lottery tickets and win the jackpot for an area you are not in, The Lotter will work with you to try and coordinate how to get your money, including helping you figure out any travel plans you might need.
All in all, we are huge fans of The Lotter and can't recommend it enough for Powerball play.

2. Lucky99 – Daily Lottery Drawings Like PowerballPros:
Cons:
Lucky99 is an exciting online lottery site that offers 2 – 5 number lottery tickets with fantastic odds and great prizes. You might not be able to walk away with a jackpot in the millions-of-dollars range, but Lucky99 offers up to $90,000 in a single jackpot win.
Lottery Options – 4.7/5
While Lucky99 doesn't offer Powerball tickets, it is easily one of the best online lottery sites around — and one of the most affordable. Every ticket is $1, and you don't have to worry about any annoying service fees, as Lucky99 isn't acting as any sort of middleman.
Because of the way this lottery is handled, you won't have any massive half-a-billion-dollar jackpots. In fact, the largest jackpot is the Pick 5 straight-line ticket, where you have to choose five numbers and get them in the exact right order. The grand prize for such a ticket is $90,000.
The odds of winning are several orders of magnitude better than any Powerball jackpot, making it a great choice for lotto fans who are tired of getting kicked around.
Lucky99 offers Pick 2, Pick 3, Pick 4, and Pick 5 lottery options in straight (every number has to be in the exact order) or boxed (you just need the right numbers in any order) formats.
The payout depends on which options you pick, with the lowest payout being the two-number box drawing, which offers you a 45 to 1 payout up to the 90,000 to 1 payout of the five-number straight pick.
It's also worth noting that while there are no downloadable apps for mobile lottery play, the mobile-ready website looks great on iOS and Android devices, and you'll have no problem at all picking out your winning numbers.
Banking – 4.9/5
There's a pleasantly broad range of payment options available at Lucky99, including the ability to deposit Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin directly into your account. If you're a little more conventional, you can also use credit cards, electronic checks, and even money transfers.
Each option is fee-free, though the amount you can deposit at once varies greatly by payment method, with money transfer being the most strict, starting at a $300 minimum.

Customer Service – 4.7/5
First, most of your questions are likely answered in Lucky99's robust information center, found under the Explore tab. You'll find deposit and payout info, general rules, and more laid out in a fairly easy-to-follow format.
Should you not find what you're looking for there, you can reach out to the excellent 24/7 customer support team, and they'll get you sorted right out. It's important to note that you will have to have an account before chatting and to have your username and PIN handy.
Mobile Compatibility – 4.9/5
We won't lie to you: The Lucky99 main website is not pretty. But it does look and work much better on mobile, so we recommend using your phone for buying your tickets here.
Overall – 4.8/5
In addition to Lucky99's lottery options, you'll have access to a wide range of online casino games, sports betting markets, and even horse racing.
This makes Lucky99 a perfect one-stop shop for players looking to push their luck in all sorts of directions.

3. BetAnySports – Top Site to Buy Lotto Tickets Like Powerball With CryptoPros:
Cons:
BetAnySports is another site like Lucky99 that offers excellent odds on smaller lotteries, rather than the stiff odds you'd get from giants like Powerball.
This lotto site also accepts crypto deposits, making it a fantastic choice for players looking to put their Bitcoin to work.
Lottery Options – 4.7/5
BetAnySports offers players the same lottery setup we saw at Lucky99, meaning you'll have the same Pick 2, 3, 4, and 5 lines with daily drawings.
There are both straight and boxed ticket options available, with drawings being held every day (except Sunday).
Players looking to push their luck (with greater rewards) are going to want to go for a straight ticket. This means that regardless of whether you choose the two-number or the five-number ticket, every number you choose has to be drawn in the same order you picked on the ticket.
If you want to make winning a little easier for you, go for a boxed run ticket. This way, if you guess 12345 and 43251 is drawn, you'll still have it made.
Plus, BetAnySports lets you buy tickets that span several drawings, so if you are the sort of person who always plays the same numbers, you can queue it up for multiple drawings and not have to worry about it too much.
We love to set it and forget it.
Banking – 4.9/5
We prefer using BetAnySports for our crypto gambling needs. Not only will you be able to load up your account via Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Bitcoin cash, but there are no fees on either deposits or payouts.
You'll also have much better deposit limits, with a minimum of only $25 and a maximum of $10,000.
You can claim your crypto payouts via Bitcoin, and unlike all of BetAnySports' other payout methods, there are still no fees.
If you're not a cryptocurrency enthusiast, this lottery site is still worth checking out and will let you deposit via most major credit cards and electronic checks.
Customer Service – 4.8/5
BetAnySports features excellent 24/7 customer service, though the live chat starts you off with Lexi, the AI chatbot. The chatbot is actually fairly useful and makes tracking down basic answers a breeze.
If Lexi isn't helpful enough, you can just type the word "Human" into chat, and you'll get connected with a real person in just a few minutes.
Mobile Compatibility – 4.7/5
There are no downloadable apps for BetAnySports, but that's not a problem because the mobile website runs great on every device we tested it on.
Overall – 4.75/5
In addition to being a stellar crypto lottery site, BetAnySports lets players enjoy a wide variety of real money slots and table games like roulette, blackjack, baccarat, keno, and more.
There's even a surprisingly great sportsbook chock full of competitive odds across a wide range of sports.

4. Mega Millions – Best Bundle Deals On Lotteries Like PowerballPros:
Cons:
Wrapping up our list of top online lotteries is the Mega Millions lottery site. If the Powerball lottery has one true rival, it's got to be Mega Millions. With jackpot prizes that periodically break $1 billion, it's no surprise that players all over are scrambling for tickets.
Lottery Options – 4.8/5
Purchasing your Mega Millions lottery ticket online couldn't be easier thanks to The Lotter.
Depending on where you connect from, you may have to buy at least three tickets, like the Powerball above.
You can expect your Mega Million tickets to be marked up by 150%, so you'll pay $5 per ticket.
You'll also have the ability to drastically improve your odds by buying shares in a syndicate or lottery pool. This will let you buy a bunch of tickets with a group of people and split the winnings should one of them win.
And if you want to save a little money, you can pull up the multi-draw and get up to 25% off your per-ticket pricing, giving you even more chances to win.
If you want to go the whole nine yards, you can even sign up for one of The Lotter's bundles, which will let you buy Mega Millions tickets and shares in a syndicate, giving you increased odds with massive savings. If you're serious about the online lottery, this is the way to go.
Banking – 4.7/5
Thanks to The Lotter's wide range of payment options, you'll be able to buy your Mega Millions tickets with Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, and Paysafecard, as well as a wide range of other payment methods depending on where you're playing from.
Withdrawals can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, and bank transfer and are generally processed within 1-5 days.
Not all wins can be handled through The Lotter's payout system, though, and many lotteries will require you to pick up your winnings in person. In cases like these, The Lotter will walk you through the process to ensure you get your big payday.
Customer Service – 4.8/5
We love the website's 24/7 live chat and email support options. The support members are fast and friendly, though things can take a little extra time when the big lotteries are sporting bigger jackpots.
Mobile Compatibility – 4.7/5
The Lotter offers excellent mobile banking options. Buying tickets through The Lotter's mobile app is fast and easy and works beautifully wherever your phone has data.
The interface is straightforward and responsive and manages to look good even without it being very flashy.
Overall – 4.75/5
Powerball and Mega Millions are not the only options at the Lotter.
You'll find all sorts of exciting lotteries from around the world, including lottery raffles, where you can buy a share of a raffle ticket (such as Spain's Loteria de Navidad) instead of a single ticket. There are also several prizes available, making it less of a one-and-done situation.
If you're looking for something different, it's worth checking out.

Why Should I Play Powerball Online?Lottery games are as exciting as ever, but it can be an absolute nightmare getting out of the house to play your numbers in time for the Powerball drawing.
That's just a fraction of what makes playing the lottery online so great. If you're not sold on it — here are a few more reasons why we love it.
In the case of most smaller lotteries — like BetAnySports and Lucky99 — your winnings are generally added to your account's balance and can be paid out from there.
In some cases, your winnings are big enough that this is not a feasible solution.
In cases like that, the online lottery site will usually work with you to acquire your winnings, even including helping you coordinate travel to pick up your winnings if your lottery requires you to be there in person. This includes winning the Powerball.
Improve Your Chances of Winning When Playing Powerball OnlineThe best way to improve your chances of winning the Powerball Jackpot is by joining a Powerball syndicate.
A lottery syndicate is when several players pool their money by buying a whole bunch of tickets together.
All of these extra tickets increase the likelihood of at least one of them being a winner, and any winnings drawn in this way will be paid out to all of the players in the syndicate based on how many shares each player bought.
This means you'll have a significantly better chance of winning the Powerball Jackpot, but you will not receive the whole amount should one of the tickets win.
Guide to Buying Powerball Lottery Tickets Online Do Powerball lottery sites take a cut out of my winnings? No, Powerball online lottery sites do not take a cut out of your winnings. The best online lottery sites, like The Lotter, do charge extra for their services, making an online lottery ticket a little more pricey than one bought from your local retailer.
But not prohibitively so. And even if you win the grand prize, the price of the ticket and service charge is all you'll pay, and anything you win is yours to keep.
Do I have to download an app to play the Powerball lottery online? No, you do not have to download an app to play the Powerball lottery online. All of the best lottery websites allow you to buy your lottery tickets from your iOS or Android device.
Can You Really Win the Powerball Jackpot by Playing Online?Yes, you really can win the lottery by playing online. In fact, the tickets you buy from online lottery websites carry all the same odds as the ones you would buy from your local retailer down the street.
Is Buying Powerball Tickets Online Safe?Yes, buying Powerball tickets online is perfectly safe, so long as you stick with trusted online sellers like The Lotter.
The best lottery sites all use trusted payment methods and end-to-end SSL encryption to ensure no one is plucking your personal or banking information out of the ether.
How Do I Pick the Right Site to Buy Powerball Tickets Online? There are so many online lottery sites out there that sell Powerball tickets that finding the right one for your needs can seem like an impossible task.
To help you figure out what you need and where to find it, here is a list of questions we like to ask ourselves when we're considering where to buy lottery tickets online.
Do you want to play lotteries with bigger prizes or better odds of winning?
Everyone's familiar with Powerball and Mega Millions and their mind-shatteringly huge jackpots — but the odds of winning anything at all are so unlikely that it can feel like throwing money into the wind.
If you're okay settling for smaller (but still quite generous) prizes, websites like Lucky99 offer 2, 3, 4, and 5-number lottery tickets that have odds that are several orders of magnitude better than any Powerball ticket you can buy.
How much are you willing to pay for tickets?
Smaller lotteries tend to have more affordable tickets. For example, Lucky99 and BetAnySports' tickets are only $1 apiece, making them very affordable options.
When playing the bigger national lotteries, you're looking at $2 for the ticket, plus any service fees when you buy online, which usually bumps them up to about $5 each.
What is your preferred payment method?
Not all lottery sites accept the same payment methods, though you're generally pretty safe with expecting Visa or Mastercard to be one of the accepted methods.
But if you're looking to purchase lottery tickets with cryptocurrency, you'll either need an option like Lucky99, which accepts crypto straight up, or The Lotter, which will accept crypto via the Neteller payment method.
What other features would you like?
Do you want to be able to set up an ongoing subscription so that way your numbers can be used over and over again? Would you like to be able to buy shares in a lottery syndicate so that you have a better shot at winning? Consider these before choosing an online lotto site.
Comparison of the Top Sites to Buy Powerball Tickets OnlinePowerball: We recommend using The Lotter to buy Powerball tickets online. From setting up repeating tickets with your lucky numbers to buying shares in a lotto syndicate, The Lotter makes it easy.
Lucky99: With smaller jackpots but much better odds, Lucky99 is one of our favorite places to buy online lottery tickets. You'll be able to purchase tickets for everything from 2 – 5 number lotteries that are drawn daily and stand a chance to win up to $90k.
BetAnySports: If you're a crypto enthusiast, BetAnySports is the lottery site for you. It offers fast Bitcoin payouts, daily lottery drawings, and increased odds of winning with its boxed format.
Mega Millions: We also like The Lotter for buying Mega Millions tickets for all the reasons outlined above. Easy-to-use mobile interface, exciting discounts, exclusive bundles, and so much more.

Tips for Maximizing Your Odds of Winning the Powerball LotteryWinning the lottery is often equated to finding a needle in a haystack in terms of improbability, and that's honestly about as accurate as it gets.
While our lottery strategies cannot guarantee you a win, we have some tips and suggestions to help you bend luck in your favor just a bit. Are you ready?
Buy Powerball Shares in a Lottery Syndicate
Lotteries like Powerball have odds in the hundreds of thousands to one, meaning you are way more likely to be struck by lightning than win the jackpot, so it makes sense that you would want to shift those odds. Buying into a syndicate does just that.
When you buy Powerball shares in a syndicate, what you're doing is pooling resources with a group of other lottery players so you can all go in on a bunch of tickets.
If you buy one share in a 200-share syndicate, you now have 200 chances to win for the price of one ticket, though if you win, you'll get a slice of the jackpot based on the shares you bought.
Get a Lottery Subscription
This option doesn't really give you better odds, but it can save you money in the long run.
If you have a set of numbers that you know you're going to play week after week, many online lotto sites — including The Lotter — let players sign up to replay the same numbers for several drawings in a row and give you a discount in the process.
Play Smaller Lotteries
The lotteries on Lucky99 are not tied to the massive national brands, and not only are the tickets generally cheaper, but your odds of winning are much higher.
Even the hardest-to-win Pick 5 lottery options at Lucky99 have odds of less than 1 in 100,000 — and with a $90,000 payout, if you win, that's nothing to sneeze at.

LibreOffice 7.6 Released With New Features, Improved Compatibility, And A Legacy Version Name (next Up, LibreOffice 24.2)
The Document Foundation has announced the release of LibreOffice 7.6 Community edition, featuring a number of new features and improvements. But this release of the open source, cross-platform, community-supported office suite is also noteworthy because it's the last version that will use the legacy 2-digit naming convention.
So rather than LibreOffice 7.7 or 8.0, the next version of the office suite will be called LibreOffice 24.2.
That's not because the next major release will pack enough features to skip 16 version numbers. It's because the developers are adopting calendar-based names and the next major release of LibreOffice is scheduled for February, 2024.
As for the current release, it adds:
… and many other changes.
LibreOffice 7.6 Community is now available for download for Windows, Mac, and Linux computers with Intel, AMD, and ARM chips.

Contrary to certain assumptions, the game does not support upscaling techniques such as Nvidia DLSS or Intel XeSS. Instead, it has been confirmed that Starfield is optimized for AMD's FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) 2.0.
Further clarification is provided by Sebastian Castellanos, a Twitter user. He confirms that Starfield lacks DLSS or XeSS support at the moment. Nevertheless, Castellanos mentions that the integration of Nvidia and Intel upscaling technologies could be a feasible task for Bethesda. It's pertinent to mention that even without DLSS or XeSS support in Starfield, users with Nvidia GeForce graphics cards can still utilize AMD's FSR since it's compatible with Nvidia GPUs. Conversely, DLSS is strictly limited to newer Nvidia GeForce graphics cards and isn't available for AMD Radeon GPUs.
For individuals who have advanced access to Starfield, the game files have been available on the Microsoft Store since August 17, and starting from August 30, these files can be downloaded via Steam. Starfield's official launch date is slated for September 6, targeting both PC and Xbox Series console enthusiasts.
